Dr. Valaria Scott is the CEO and President of Hope Anger Management Organization. Valaria received her Doctorate in Theology from Bible College, master's in human services, master's in social work, Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Argosy University, and associate in arts from Midlands Technical College. Valaria has held positions at State Hospitals, Richland County School District, Lexington/Richland District Five, Barrow County Public Schools, Gwinnett County Public Schools and Rockdale County Jail from 2008-2020. She's a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success. Dr. Scott also on the school council board. Today, Valaria is a mentor at Barrow County Public Schools and is a volunteer in her community for several youth programs. Her passion is to make a difference in life of people. Valaria developed her Anger Management and social skills curriculum from her personal life experiences and working with citizens.
Valaria holds certifications as an Anger Resolution Therapist (CART), Family Violence Facilitator, Life Coach and applicant for Human Services Board-Certified Practitioner (HS-BCPE) and is registered in 50 states. With Valaria's optimistic attitude and determined drive to help clients overcome their anger; many lives have been touched, challenged and changed in the process. This will incorporate our slogan, Helping Overcome Personal Emotions (HOPE). Valaria believes thinking positive will align the mind, body and spirit. Valaria's approach entails genuine caring, acceptance, and non-judgmental communication.
Valaria Scott assists adolescents and adults in a variety of settings including public/private schools, halfway houses and online (Skype) sessions.
Clara is the owner and CEO of Visionary Behavioral Health Services, LLC. She is currently enrolled in a Doctoral program pursuing her Doctorates in Divinity. She has worked in the mental health field for over 25 years. Clara graduated in 1998 with her LPN, followed by a BSN in 2010. In 2022 she obtained her degree as an advanced practice provider from Herzing University. As a Provider, she has worked in substance abuse, crisis stabilization, adolescent and adult PHP/IOP, detox/residential setting, and treated mental illness across the life span. Her vision is to revolutionize the way mental health care is delivered, and provide her patients with an exceptional experience, from start to finish from a compassionate, holistic, perspective.
MSG Luther Scott Jr. has retired from the U.S. Army, after serving 24 years, and also from Veterans Affairs, where he served 11 years. Luther received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Occupation Safety Health Administration (OSHA), and he’s a certified, Sexual Assault Victim Advocate and Abuse Counselor. Mr. Scott has been involved in clinical work in sexual behavior problems for the U.S. Army before retiring. Mr. Scott works closely with family courts and community providers to ensure clients receive the best services possible.
Mr. Scott strongly supports strengthening the family component of children in care and rigorous reunification and reintegration efforts as they re-enter their communities. Mr. Scott considers his most remarkable experiences as a counselor to have seen youth who have committed a sexual offense become successful adults.
In the search to be a part of the change in the world, he came into the field of helping people through their difficult times. He helps people make sense of life and get the most out of it. His goal is to help broken families and individuals, to show love to those whom society has cast out. Luther will use his education and life experience to better the lives of others.
My clients can expect to gain greater confidence and intuition while receiving encouragement and inspiration. As your life coach, I will help you identify roadblocks, help set goals, and help you develop an action plan to move past obstacles.
